Our History

Rookie Robotics Team

We are A.B. Lucas Secondary School's rookie robotics team, based in London, Ontario. About 13 years ago, Lucas discontinued its robotics team, but in 2018, we re-entered the competition as a rookie team. This is now our forth year with 6854, and we are beyond excited to compete!

Mrs. Medd is a computer studies teacher here at A.B. Lucas. She is a bright, cheerful mother of four.

Mr. Helleman worked as an automobile engineer, then aerospace engineer before becoming a teacher for technology and communications technology.

Mr. Gubbels is a coach who enjoys helping students during each meet. He is always happy to offer his advice!
